THE CHART

'CHICAGO' BEAR

Chicago fans who want to hear the film's musical numbers uninterrupted have to buy the soundtrack. And they are: The surprise smash moves up to No. 2 -- and from 83,000 units to 92,000 -- in its second week of release. But Norah ''All That Jazz'' Jones took top honors for the third straight week, with another 112,000 sold. Meanwhile, you can't call Kid Rock ''Mr. Cellophane'' anymore; his Cocky, a chart orphan until recently, reentered the top 10 for the first time since its release 62 weeks ago.
