Here's a mood-swinging movie deeply inneed of medication, as is our heroine: a mournful, mysterious waitress (Sorvino) in a Mob-run restaurant. She's befriended by brassy, barely dressed Carey, and the two make a nicely jagged (and jiggly) pair. That is, as long as we're watching 'WiseGirls' as a working-gal buddy flick. Unfortunately, at about midpoint, it might as well have been titled 'GoodGals.'
