All About

Courtney Love

Anyone looking forward to a Courtney Love air rage trial can forget it: London police decided to release Love without charges Tuesday night, after earlier arresting her on suspicion of endangering an aircraft. Police let Love go with a formal caution around 9:30 p.m. London time, a police spokesperson told EW.com.

Love had been accused of arguing with a stewardess and refusing to sit down as the flight landed.''She was being generally disruptive and using abusive language,'' a police spokeswoman said -- charges that a Love spokesperson called ''exaggerated.'' In 1995, Love was sentenced to one month's probation after she was arrested over an argument with a flight attendant on a flight to Australia. So much for flying those friendly skies.
