LIGHT CRITICISM Lamas judges a ''Hot'' contestant
Lorenzo Lamas has joined the laser-tag team. As one of three judges on ''Are You Hot? The Search for America's Sexiest People,'' he seems to have ripped off shock jock Howard Stern's ego-crushing laser beam to gratuitously zero in on contestants' loathsome trouble spots. (Damn those non-touching thighs!)
To be fair, in the ABC series' Feb. 13 premiere, Lamas' ''flaw finder'' mostly singled out positive attributes (Look at those ultra-fab abs!), whereas Stern and his crew normally nitpick their nearly nude models. But Lamas' Mr. Nice Guy routine may take a nasty turn, especially if the show's ratings don't heat up. That's fine, Lorenzo, as long as we don't have to see you laser yourself.
