This quartet of Leeds high school slummers rode a tsunami of Brit press into the U.K.'s top 5 last year, but now it's time to believe the hype. Kicking up clouds of pixie dust with churning guitars and tribal beats, the Music create psychedelia with a dash of druggy Manchester brashness; Robert Harvey's keening vocals on tracks like ''The People'' and ''Human'' cut through the seductive swirl like a velvet scythe.
