This very funny studio picture about an Indian chap looking for stardom in America and inadvertently finding fame as a sex guru plays like an indie lark, inordinately cheering in the drab dead of winter. It's a blending of venerable Bollywood musical conventions and Hollywood formula, a vision of comedy karma at its most chameleon. Jimi Mistry stars as the pseudo-swami; Heather Graham skewers her ''Boogie Nights'' success as a wise porn starlet with family values.
