Despite being eight months pregnant, ''Chicago'' star Catherine Zeta-Jones will perform ''I Move On'' at the Academy Awards, with costar Queen Latifah taking Renée Zellweger's place as her duet partner. Zellweger had told EW she wouldn't be comfortable singing live in front of such a large audience -- a concern that was apparently a more powerful deterrent than Zeta-Jones' far-advanced pregnancy. Best Supporting Actress nominee and former rapper Latifah is, of course, a more experienced performer -- she even sang during a movie music tribute at the 2000 Oscars.

Among the other musical performers at this year's ceremony will be U2 and Paul Simon; fellow Best Song nominee Eminem has said he won't show up. Perhaps Latifah can fill in for him, too.
