BOX OFFICE

ALL THE RAGE

Jack and Adam were up and at 'em at the cineplexes last weekend, where their Anger Management hollered all the way to No. 1 with $42.2 million -- a career-high opening for both actors and the best April debut of all time. While the Sony pic pummeled returning wide releases (last week's champ Phone Booth dropped 49 percent), overall business was up year-to-year for the first time since before the war in Iraq. And in the limited-release realm, the Asian-American teen drama Better Luck Tomorrow emerged the mightiest, averaging $27,752 in a lucky 13 theaters.
