Q The Friends gang are often seen reading InStyle, but in promos for April 24's episode, Monica's reading a mag called Mental Floss. What is it?
A Mental Floss is -- in its own words -- helping Mon ''feel smart again.'' Launched nationally in 2001 by then-Duke University students Will Pearson and Mangesh Hattikudur, Floss aims to give young professionals news in a fast, entertaining format. But it's Monica's -- er, Courteney Cox's -- real-life hubby, David Arquette, who gave the upstart its big break. ''I got the magazine from a friend,'' he says. ''I thought it was so interesting, I gave it to [Courteney]'' -- who gave it the Friendly publicity.
