Last year, Mary Lee Kortes and her stellar band re-created Dylan's classic Blood on the Tracks. It was a bold, artful move. Now they're back to Kortes' own artful (and often catchy) pop-folk-rock musings, and that too is a wonderful thing. Her delicately rich voice, often in service of ''What is love? Who am I?'' songs, adds a sly bite to lines like ''Even though I speak three languages/I still can't imitate...that little baby doll you date.''
