Raveonettes
'Chain Gang of Love'
The Danish noise-pop duo's first full-length album flaunts at least one major difference from last year's EP, ''Whip It On'': All of the songs are recorded in the key of B-flat major, instead of the less radio-friendly B-flat minor. ''It's a lot more poppy, a lot more easy and accessible,'' says singer-guitarist Sune Rose Wagner, citing the not-exactly-au-courant influences of the Everly Brothers and Buddy Holly. Hey, at least horn-rims are still in style.
