What you need to know about the star of 2 Fast 2 Furious (opening June 6):
1. First, his last name is Gibson. Second, it's Tyrese, not Tyson. The 24-year-old Guess? and Tommy Hilfiger model is often mistaken for that other tattooed hottie, Tyson Beckford.
2. The R&B crooner's big break came in a 1995 Coca-Cola commercial. A bidding war ensued and RCA snatched him up, yielding three albums and a 2000 Grammy nomination.
3. Rumor has it John Singleton offered him a role in Shaft, but he passed to focus on singing. Singleton persuaded him to star in Baby Boy (2001) and 2 Fast -- Tyrese's only flicks to date.
4. He won $32,000 on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for his charity benefiting kids in his L.A. neighborhood.
