Release Date: Jul 08, 2003; Lead Performances: Norah Jones and Peter Malick

Jones and blues singer-songwriter Malick recorded this seven-song album in the fall of 2000, when Jones was still an anonymous troubadour. But it's hardly hidden treasure for the Grammy winner's fans. Even when Jones vamps it up (usually subdued, she practically kicks out the jams here), Malick's clean-scrubbed take on the blues relegates this to background music at best. A cover of Dylan's ''Heart of Mine'' is a bit more savory, but mostly there's not much here to come away with.
