FOUR DIMENSIONAL Dressy Bessy continue their multilayered sound

The telling moment on Denver quartet Dressy Bessy's third CD occurs midway through, when Tammy Ealom sings ''Girl, You Shout!'' -- and doesn't, not even once. Ealom is one cool customer, and her bandmates know their best music arises from showcasing her in all her multitracked glory. That, and little things -- like a well-tuned guitar (''Baby Six String'') and the way Ealom repeats ''blue, blue, blue'' in ''Georgie Blue'' until the triad becomes a name, a color, an emotion.
