Mad TV veteran Will Sasso goes prime-time as Carl, a neighbor whom Claude (Sara Rue) helps land a job at her office cafeteria. ''He's the Rhoda to my Mary,'' says Rue. ''I don't know how he feels about that.'' Adds exec producer Christine Zander: ''Claude, Carl, Ramona [Sherri Shepherd], and Owen [Andy Dick] try to have a Sex and the City fabulous night, but they end up never leaving their apartment. And they wear really painful shoes.'' Carrie Bradshaw would be so proud. (Sept. 23)
