Murphy Lee lives for excess: No car is complete without custom rims, no beat complete without a flurry of tinkles and beeps, and no rhyme complete without an overdose of St. Louis therres. He's likably enthusiastic, riding a vocal twang suggestive of longtime homey Nelly's. But this debut is often hookless, and the lyrics fumble.
