Wilson has spent the past decade blurring the line between jazz and pop singing, and expanding the repertoire for both. She might have been better advised to lay off Dylan's ''Lay Lady Lay.'' But Wilson's version of ''If Loving You Is Wrong'' rivals the intensity of Luther Ingram's original, and she turns Muddy Waters' ''Honey Bee'' into a graceful gallop. Better yet are the original tunes, especially the urgent ''I Want More'' and the hip-hop-mannered ''What Is It?''
