We didn't have a rooting interest in the sales race between OutKast and Dave Matthews; whoever won, we planned to attribute victory to their just having been on our cover. The two-CD ''Speakerboxxx/The Love Below'' got the most love, with 510,000 units sold. Fans and the angels smiled on Matthews' Some Devil, No. 2 with sales of 469,000. It couldn't have been a superer Tuesday at retail, with limpbizkit (325,000), R. Kelly (251,000), Obie Trice (226,000), and Nickelback (200,000) stacked at Nos. 3-6, followed out of the gate by Murphy Lee (135,000) and Rob Zombie (94,000).
