The title is all virility and arousal, but on their fourth album these multiplatinum boot knockers drift and fade like they've been roofied. ''Car Show'' and ''Tryna Be Your Man'' recall 2001's fizzy ''Where the Party At?'' but the fun ends there. Dinky synths undercut the boastful ''They Ain't JE,'' and ''Dance Floor'' is puzzlingly sluggish. Meanwhile, ''Girls Gone Wild'' is just plain false advertising: a seduction jam so lame, it's guaranteed to keep shirts on.
