Congratulations -- it's a blonde. Actually, there's no word yet on hair color, but Reese Witherspoon gave birth on Thursday to her second child, a baby boy named Deacon Phillippe. ''The family is very happy and doing well,'' her publicist said. Witherspoon and husband Ryan Phillippe's first child, Ava Elizabeth, is 4. The couple married in 1999.
Witherspoon starred in this summer's ''Legally Blonde 2: Red White and Blonde,'' and will next appear in the Thackeray adaptation ''Vanity Fair.'' Phillippe, meanwhile, will star as Pablo Picasso in Steve Martin's ''Picasso at the Lapin Agile.''
