--
Having lorded over dance floors for a decade, Underworld deserve their propers for consistently delighting ravers and electrophiles with inspired, often pioneering productions. While diehards will bemoan some glaring omissions on this retrospective (1996's acclaimed ''Second Toughest in the Infants'' is represented by one measly track), highlights abound. From the sexy paranoia of ''Dirty Epic'' to the chunky bass-line bounce of ''Jumbo,'' these tunes still assault the senses like tidal waves of techno magic.
