'Rise' Of Arnold

Though the governor of California has traded movie stardom for politics, his fans still cast an enthusiastic vote for the ''Terminator.'' The third installment of the sci-fi action franchise, ''Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines,'' had an iron grip on the top spot in rentals, and was second only to a little fish with a big following, ''Finding Nemo,'' in sales. True Austrian Oak admirers bought up the 25th-anniversary edition of Schwarzenegger's bodybuilding documentary ''Pumping Iron,'' which muscled into the top 10. Look's like Ah-nuld's total recall is a triumph.
