If Michael Jackson isn't going to England as planned, the district attorney in his child molestation case would like his passport back. After a British tabloid reported that Jackson cancelled his trip, Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon on Monday demanded that Jackson's lawyer provide documentation that he was actually planning the journey, according to the Associated Press.
After initially seizing the passport, Sneddon had given it back to allow the star to promote his CD in the U.K. Jackson spokesperson Stuart Backerman told AP that the trip was still on. ''I'm not aware of any cancellation. He is still planning to go as far as I know,'' Backerman said. If he does go, perhaps new friend Darryl Strawberry can come. According to AP, the former baseball player hit it off with Jacko at Neverland on Saturday.
