Padded with cheerful chaff like OK Go's ''You're So Damn Hot'' and Jamelia's ''Superstar,'' this fluffy affair is all about looking good and feeling great (and cashing in). In other words, it's as obvious as a bad toupee. But thanks to strong contributions from Liz Phair, Sting, Kylie Minogue, Elton John, and Junior Senior, at least it's got a fab five.
