THE LOVE INTEREST

Joan of Arcadia Adam (Chris Marquette, left) is cute, funny, and loves Joan just the way she is (even though she won't reveal her secret gift to him), but his age and inexperience mean he could have some serious commitment issues.

Wonderfalls Eric (Tyron Leitso) is cute, funny, and loves Jaye just the way she is (even though she won't reveal her secret gift to him), but the recent meltdown of his marriage (his wife cheated on him during their honeymoon) means he could develop some serious commitment issues.

The Difference Both have serious baggage (Adam a troubled family life, Eric a broken marriage), but bartender Eric's the only one with access to a steady stream of booze to drown his sorrows -- and Adam's beverages are still served in the high school cafeteria.
