Moon-eyed stoners looking for a 21st-century Pink Floyd should seek out the Beta Band's Heroes to Zeroes. On their third full-length, the shaggy Scots hone their sound -- hippie-dippie vocals backed by expansive space rock -- into a sonic fingerprint worth trademarking. Some ragged guitar rave-ups and sticky funk beats occasionally break through the languid haze, though Steve Mason's butter-melting vocals will never harsh your mellow.
