Taking the Bob Dylan lyric ''Everybody must get stoned'' to new, um, highs, Arj Baker, Doug Benson, and Tony Camin use their combined 40-plus years of pot smoking to make reeference to the madness of grass. With premium-quality nuggets like ''Letters to a Brand-New Baggie,'' this trio pulls off every college boy's dream: turning stoned ramblings into an actual paying gig -- all without ever wearing shoes. Like most wasted conversation, there isn't much of a point to their stories, but they still manage to light us up.
