Reuniting Public Enemy’s original members and production posse, Chuck D & Co. bring the noise on their best album in years. PE demonstrate they can still drop a hooky single (the title track) and take on Big Issues (like corrupt shoe companies) with panache. Most importantly, their beats still—as Flavor Flav’s track is titled—''Shake Your Booty,'' proving rap’s notorious polemicists are back in the game.
