Young Frankenstein
Mel Brooks, Gene Wilder, Teri Garr, Madeline Kahn, Marty Feldman

Mel Brooks' spoof of the Universal monster movies is his most stylish and subtle film. The cast is a corker: coscreenwriter Gene Wilder as young Doc Frank; Madeline Kahn, in an Elsa Lanchester hairdo, as his fiancee; klutzy monster Peter Boyle; and Marty Feldman as Igor, the humpback valet in total denial about his hump.
