Details Release Date: Feb 16, 1999; Movie Rated: PG-13; Genres: Comedy, Sci-fi and Fantasy; With: Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman and Aidan Quinn; Distributor: Warner Bros.

Romance isn't easy for sister witches Bullock and Kidman. Just when they fall for a guy, a family curse strikes him down. This is especially vexing for Bullock, who gets far too interested in the hunky cop (Quinn) investigating the death of Kidman's truly devilish ex. The predicament generates some mischievous light comedy, and the stars are easy on the eyes, but mostly the film is too arch to charm. It's a drawn-out ''Bewitched'' episode gussied up in New Age trappings.
