Three years ago, Miss Kittin scored a cult smash with ''Frank Sinatra,'' a cold-wave dance number oozing deadpan disdain. Now the French-born singer-DJ (nee Caroline Herve) has released an assured solo debut that, while electronic-based, is nevertheless quite varied, with styles ranging from techno-pop to glitch house. There are even some should-be hits, including ''Kiss Factory,'' which sounds like vintage Depeche Mode. No fur ball, this.
