These English lads have been a big deal in the U.K. for years, but this is only their second U.S. release in a decade. Pity. Their sound is an arresting mix of speed metal and power pop that no other group in recent memory has attempted. It's not quite the wheel being reinvented, but it is both wild and heartening.
