Listen for the Celtic influences that distinguished the Corrs' early work, and you'll be disappointed: On Heaven, the quartet has submerged its fiddles beneath producer Olle Romo's synthesizers. Still, this is quality Europop, with the sunny ''Summer Sunshine'' a natural hit and the bleakly sweet ''Time Enough for Tears'' (which first appeared in the movie In America) a lovely, if out-of-place, highlight.
