'MOVING' PICTURE Kreviazuk's latest is a breeze

Lead Performance: Chantal Kreviazuk

Fitting neatly between fellow Canadians Alanis Morissette and Sarah McLachlan, pianist Kreviazuk's second disc is a worthy showcase for her lovely playing and singing. The estrogen-drenched ''Color Moving and Still''is strongest when she focuses on love, especially on the standout jangly single ''Before You'' and the poignant ''Until We Die.'' Otherwise, a dreamy looseness make this sound like future WB network fodder. B-
