This seven-person group (pronounced ''chick-chick-chick'') has a thing for the glory days of Studio 54, proffering chic dance songs that boast funky electro-disco beats and new-wave savoir faire. But while their deliciously vulgar kiss-offs and odes to indifference will shake your tail feather, some of the cuts get lost in a stagnant loop, chilling out a party that's meant to be hot.
