PREMIERE

So maybe ''Around the World in 80 Days''' Jackie Chan isn't so tough. Sure, the action star will hang upside down from a helicopter to film a stunt, but just don't ask him to do any water tricks. ''I don't like boats. I get seasick.''

IRONIES

Comedy makes strange bedfellows. Take Bill Maher's stand-up concert June 25 at the House of Blues at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif. Key word here is Disney, which owns ABC, which canceled Maher's ''Politically Incorrect'' six months after his controversial zingers about the U.S. military -- and which has been a frequent target of his jokes since. Maher declined to comment on the gig, though a Disney rep pointed out that the House of Blues is independently owned and books its own entertainment.
