From the frenetic, rock-tinged force of ''The Hours'' to the eerie sexiness of ''Dirty,'' Deli impresses most with production prowess. In that way, it's reminiscent of the Detroit outfit's sonically progressive debut, 2000's underground hip-hop classic ''Fantastic, Vol. 2.'' If only rappers T3 and Elzhi had the personality to match the enticing soundscapes of beatmakers Jay Dee (Fantastic's mastermind) and BR Gunna.
