Hot off the hype surrounding his merengue-spiced single ''Culo'' (translation: ass), Miami's own Pitbull blends raunch with wit with Spanish on this latest crunk assault from rap's Dirty South. Sure, there are a few generic booty numbers on M.I.A.M.I. like ''Shake It Up,'' but damn if the rest of this debut isn't a fierce and fun ride, from its sneer-inducing ''305 Anthem'' shout-outs to its thorough expositions on all things nasty.
