This Scottish quartet's bare-bones countrybilly offers the kind of raw emotion usually heard on Smithsonian Folkways blues recordings (highlight: ''Johnny Cash''). So what's the problem with Love the Cup? At a frustratingly brief 26 minutes, the Cup runneth under.
