Angels in America author Tony Kushner, whose miniseries-writing prize was one of 11 trophies for Angels, concluded his speech by saying: ''Thanks to my wonderful husband, Mark. Someday soon, we can get a legal marriage license, and you can make an honest homosexual out of me.'' Cut to his beaming groom, who just happens to be EW Editor-at-Large Mark Harris. (Hey Mark, can you bring the trophy into the office for us all to see?)
