As on 2002's double-platinum Golden Road, Keith Urban draws on Celtic drones and countrified rock on Be Here to deliver potent messages about spirituality, substance abuse, and the highs and lows of relationships. The Aussie stumbles when he mimics Texan Rodney Crowell on ''Making Memories of Us,'' but all is forgiven when he eases into ''Nobody Drinks Alone,'' a chilling example of music as conscience.
