These shameless publicity hounds gleefully rehash the sordid details, from the moment their eyes started wandering to the day they began playing house with someone else. In this debut, Le'a Stroud (above, with husband Trey) shares her salacious saga, complete with suicidal musings and a seedy hotel rendezvous. Jokes Le'a of her affair: ''There was only one sauce on his mind, and I was the steak!'' It's tawdry and you'll feel dirty even after several Silkwood showers. D --Karyn Barr
