All About

Tom Sizemore

Tom Sizemore's 2002 series Robbery Homicide Division lasted only a few episodes, but that was long enough to generate two sexual harassment lawsuits against the actor. According to the Associated Press, Loretta Jody Miller filed a lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that the actor harassed her while the show was in production, then had her fired when she complained. It was not clear from her filing whether she worked for Sizemore personally or for the show; also named as defendants in her lawsuit are Bare Knuckles (Sizemore's production company), Forward Pass (which produced RHD), and CBS, which aired the series.

Miller, who seeks unspecified damages, alleges that Sizemore repeatedly made lewd statements, groped her, and exposed himself. The charges echo those of a suit filed a year ago by Paulina Briones, who worked as Sizemore's personal assistant in 2002. She alleged that Sizemore propositioned her for sex daily, offering her money for sex, and even asked her to ask her friends to join in. Like Miller, she named Sizemore, Bare Knuckles, Forward Pass, and CBS as defendants.

Sizemore, currently costarring opposite Rob Lowe on CBS' new drama dr. vegas, was convicted in 2003 of six misdemeanor counts of harassing, annoying, and abusing his former fiancée, one-time Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. His probation in that case was revoked last month when he reportedly refused to take a drug test, a test the actor deemed suspicious, his lawyer said at the time. (A hearing in that case is scheduled for Nov. 8.) At press time, Sizemore's publicist had not responded to EW.com's request for a comment.
