By now we all know that cigar entrepreneur Bill Rancic was the one from among the 16 contestants to hear the coveted phrase, ''You're hired!'' And thanks to reality guru Mark Burnett's ridiculously good challenges, we now also know the secrets behind hawking Trump Ice bottled water, taking pedicab rides, and scouring dingy NYC apartments. But for the love — or, the love/hatred — of Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, season 1 is even more jaw-droppingly addictive the second time around. (Rewatching the Big O's boardroom breakdown and subsequent break-in in episode 9 — as well as ''wild man'' Sam's gradual self-destruction — is particularly tantalizing.) As the Donald would say, ''This DVD is the very best!'' EXTRAS Luxurious: extended audition tapes, uncut taxicab confessions, deleted scenes, a music video, various Donaldisms (''Think outside of the box,'' ''Dog does not eat dog''). And the Trump card: career tips from Carolyn and George! —Karyn Barr
