Brett Ratner stages this tropical heist caper as if he were the activities director of a cruise ship. It's really a Thomas Crown Affair knockoff, with Pierce Brosnan as a ''retired'' jewel thief and Woody Harrelson as Brosnan's FBI nemesis/buddy/stalker.
