"Dawson's Creek" stars to battle at the box office
The "Dawson's Creek," characters played by Michelle Williams and Katie Holmes compete for Dawson's attention on the show, but this summer the actresses will also find themselves fighting it out at the box office. Dimension Films recently announced that the release date for "Halloween: H20" (the sequel to the 1978 horror hit, which stars Williams) will be moved up three weeks to August 5 -- just two days before the release of Holmes' thriller "Disturbing Behavior." Both films are aiming for the same lucrative teen audience. If only because of the inevitable gore, the competition is bound to be cutthroat.
