Halloween weekend, Fox is telling the other networks to KISS off: The rockers are all over the network to promote their new album, "Psycho Circus." ("Psycho" has gone gold after five weeks and is currently No. 75 on the Billboard chart.) Gene Simmons and the crew have been worked into a "Millennium" plot about a series of murders on a B-movie set, airing Friday night at 9 p.m. (They haven't been hired only for their acting skills -- which can be seen in the one-of-a-kind 1978 TV movie "KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park" -- they'll also perform a song.) Then Saturday night at 11:00 p.m. the band will guest on "Mad TV," which leads into "KISS Live: The Ultimate Halloween Party," a live midnight concert from the Dodger Stadium that kicks off their world tour.
