WHY THEY THINK YOU SHOULD BUY IT ''Hopefully, people haven't heard anything like it,'' says Jaxx's Felix Buxton (his partner is Simon Ratcliffe). ''We got tired of house's lack of imagination. We tried to prove that dance music can be beautiful and deep.''
WHY THEY'RE NOT ON TOP 40 RADIO ''America seems like a black hole,'' says Buxton. ''We kind of understand how things work in Europe, but in America, the priorities are completely different. Rap, rock, and country are the biggest styles. In Europe, dance music is a really big, big thing.''
WHY THEY THINK THEY'RE BETTER THAN JENNIFER LOPEZ ''It's quite possible people will prefer her to us,'' says Buxton. ''More than likely, really. She's more attractive.''

WHERE THEY'LL BE IN 10 YEARS ''I see myself producing,'' says Buxton. ''I'd love to work with Lauryn Hill or Busta Rhymes. We can't find people like that here. A lot of English black music copies American stuff. It's never as good.''
