'REALLY' FINE Jackson stars in and sings for ''Nutty Professor 2''

The soundtrack to ''Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps'' makes a phat No. 4 debut on this week's Billboard album chart, selling 150,000 units. This well-fed movie compilation (from the film due July 28) features Janet Jackson's current hit ''Doesn't Really Matter'' as well as new tracks from Jay-Z, DMX, and Redman duetting with Eminem. Meanwhile, Eminem -- as himself or doubling as the real Slim Shady -- remains at No. 1 for the eighth straight week, moving an additional 257,000 copies of ''The Marshall Mathers LP.''

With ''Nutty'''s high debut and Eminem's lock on first place, hip hop dominates the top 5. St. Louis-based Nelly moves up one spot to No. 3 on the strength of his smash single ''(Hot Sh*t) Country Grammar.'' And DMX's scrappy band of Ruff Ryders take only a short slide from their No. 2 debut last week to place at No. 5. The odd popster in this rap-riddled terrain is Britney Spears, whose ''Oops!... I Did It Again'' climbs to No. 2.

The week's second-highest debut belongs to Everclear, whose ''Songs From an American Movie Vol. 1: Learning How to Smile'' comes in at No. 9. The follow-up to the platinum ''So Much for the Afterglow'' sold 107,000 units for Art Alexakis and the gang. Indeed, rock rules the latter half of the top 10, with Creed (No. 6) and Papa Roach (No. 8) holding steady, and 3 Doors Down moving up to the No. 10 spot -- thanks to their single ''Kryptonite.'' Like Britney, 'N Sync (No. 7) are the pop anomaly in this bunch. Hey, maybe they should start dating.
