AT THE 'READY' Arquette stands out in the crowd in ''Rumble''

Arquette and Caan play wrestling fans who plan their own smackdown to save the champ, played by Platt. The film was an easy choice for Arquette. ''The script had a real heart to it and was a good story,'' he says. ''I was a big fan of Brian Robbins. We played basketball together.'' Director Robbins (''Varsity Blues'') rounds out the cast with pro grappler Goldberg, Rose McGowan, John Goodman, Ahmet Zappa, and Martin Landau. BUZZ FACTOR: 6
